Cable Stranding & Jacketing
Multi-strand conductor assemblies twisted and jacketed to spec — from flexible fine-strand bundles to heavy industrial assemblies.

Our stranding equipment handles copper and aluminum conductors from small gauge fine-strand bundles to large-diameter industrial assemblies. We control lay length, direction, and fill factor to meet your flexibility, conductivity, and dimensional requirements. Combined with our extrusion and crosslinking capabilities, we can take a conductor from bare wire to finished jacketed cable in-house.
What We Offer
- Bunch, concentric, and rope-lay configurations
- Conductor sizes from AWG 30 to 4/0
- Bare copper, tinned copper, and aluminum
- Configurable lay length and twist direction
- High-strand-count fine-wire bundles for maximum flex
- Same-facility jacketing and crosslinking after stranding

Lay Length Control
Controlled lay length means predictable flexibility, resistance, and performance — not just a conductor that looks right.
High Strand Count
Fine-wire rope-lay construction delivers the flex life your moving cable applications demand, without sacrificing conductivity.
Vertical Integration
Strand here, jacket here, crosslink here — one facility, one point of contact, tighter lead times.
ManufacturingRubber & Plastic Extrusion
Precision extrusion of rubber and thermoplastic jackets over conductors and assemblies — tuned to your compound, dimensions, and performance requirements.
ProcessingElectron Beam Crosslinking
In-house electron beam irradiation that transforms polymer jackets into high-performance, crosslinked materials — tougher, UV-resistant, and built for extreme environments.
ManufacturingCNC Hardware Machining
Precision CNC-machined connectors, terminals, and hardware — designed and manufactured in-house to complete your cable assembly.
