CNC Hardware Machining
Precision CNC-machined connectors, terminals, and hardware — designed and manufactured in-house to complete your cable assembly.

Our CNC machining capability lets us produce the metal hardware that completes a cable assembly without outsourcing. Connectors, terminals, strain reliefs, and custom fittings are turned and milled to your drawing. Machining in the same facility where we strand, extrude, and crosslink means every component is designed to fit — dimensionally and mechanically — before the first cable ships.
What We Offer
- CNC turning and milling for connectors and terminals
- Materials: brass, copper, stainless steel, aluminum
- Tight tolerances to ±0.001"
- Custom fitting and strain relief designs

Complete Assemblies
We machine the hardware and build the cable in the same building — so you get a finished assembly, not a cable and a bag of parts.
Custom Geometries
If it can be drawn, we can machine it. We design and produce custom connectors and fittings to your exact requirements.
Tight Tolerances
Production machining held to ±0.001" so your hardware fits your mating connector or panel cutout every time.
ManufacturingRubber & Plastic Extrusion
Precision extrusion of rubber and thermoplastic jackets over conductors and assemblies — tuned to your compound, dimensions, and performance requirements.
ManufacturingCable Stranding & Jacketing
Multi-strand conductor assemblies twisted and jacketed to spec — from flexible fine-strand bundles to heavy industrial assemblies.
ProcessingElectron Beam Crosslinking
In-house electron beam irradiation that transforms polymer jackets into high-performance, crosslinked materials — tougher, UV-resistant, and built for extreme environments.
