Rubber & Plastic Extrusion
Precision extrusion of rubber and thermoplastic jackets over conductors and assemblies — tuned to your compound, dimensions, and performance requirements.

Our extrusion lines handle a wide range of rubber and thermoplastic compounds, from standard PVC and polyethylene to specialty elastomers. Every run is dialed in to your wall thickness, OD tolerance, and surface finish spec. Because we extrude in-house, we can crosslink immediately after — no secondary handling, no lead-time gaps.
What We Offer
- Single and dual-layer jacket extrusion
- Rubber compounds: EPDM, CPE, neoprene, SBR
- Thermoplastics: PVC, XLPE, TPE, polyethylene
- Wall thickness tolerance held to ±0.005"
- OD range from 0.10" to 2.50"
- Continuous in-line electron beam crosslinking available

Compound Flexibility
We run both rubber and thermoplastic compounds on the same lines, so you get one partner for your entire cable jacket program.
In-Line Crosslinking
Extrusion feeds directly into our electron beam — no secondary setup, shorter cycle times, and tighter process control.
Tight Tolerances
Wall thickness and OD are held to precision tolerances so your cables meet drawing requirements every run.
ManufacturingCable Stranding & Jacketing
Multi-strand conductor assemblies twisted and jacketed to spec — from flexible fine-strand bundles to heavy industrial assemblies.
ProcessingElectron Beam Crosslinking
In-house electron beam irradiation that transforms polymer jackets into high-performance, crosslinked materials — tougher, UV-resistant, and built for extreme environments.
ManufacturingCNC Hardware Machining
Precision CNC-machined connectors, terminals, and hardware — designed and manufactured in-house to complete your cable assembly.
