Electron Beam Crosslinking
In-house electron beam irradiation that transforms polymer jackets into high-performance, crosslinked materials — tougher, UV-resistant, and built for extreme environments.

We operate our own electron beam accelerator on-site. High-energy electrons penetrate the polymer jacket and form new covalent bonds between molecular chains — crosslinking — that permanently change the material's behavior. The result is a jacket that handles temperatures, chemicals, UV, abrasion, and weld spatter that would destroy a standard extruded compound. Because we run the beam ourselves, we crosslink as a standard step in our production flow.
