UV-Intense Environments
Holds up to sunlight and weather in outdoor and exposed runs without chalking, cracking, or embrittlement.
Built For UV-Intense Environments
In outdoor and sun-exposed installations, ultraviolet light degrades ordinary polymer jackets over time — leaving them brittle, chalky, and prone to cracking. Crosslinking tightens the molecular structure and, combined with the right stabilizers, keeps jackets flexible and intact through years of sun and weather.

What the beam actually changes
The dense crosslinked network resists the chain scission that UV radiation normally causes. With fewer free chain ends to attack, the jacket retains its elasticity and surface integrity far longer than an uncrosslinked equivalent exposed to the same conditions.
- Resists chalking, cracking, and embrittlement from sunlight
- Retains flexibility through outdoor temperature swings
- Longer service life in exposed and semi-exposed runs
- Pairs with UV-stabilized compounds for maximum protection
What to expect
Retains properties through prolonged outdoor use
Resists the powdery breakdown of degraded polymers
Stays pliable rather than turning brittle
